March 14, 2008. Cynthia S. Mills, President and CEO of Tree Care Industry of America stopped
by for a visit to Big "O" to discuss industry issues and to congratulate Big "O" for being one of the
first in the country to become TCIA accredited. TCIA accreditation means that Big "O" Tree and
Lawn Service is recognized as using ethical business practices and providing quality services.
